Continuing on with the theme of the album "One in Four", Rob wrote this song, whilst he was recovering from a mental health breakdown.
Rob says that: "This song, is my attempt to put into words and music, what it feels like for me, when I feel the stress, anxiety and depression, taking over. I wrote it in an effort to try and help my colleagues at work and friends, to understand a little of how I feel."

Lyrics
Going 'round in circles here inside my head
I'm on the pathway to nowhere and the darkness that I dread
It's a breakdown, a breakdown
I scream out loud but no-one hears a sound
It's all inside my head, like a spiral spinning down
I'm heading for a breakdown, a breakdown
And the Stones sang about a 19th nervous breakdown
I'm not sure which one I'm on but it feels like more than that
When the darkness hits me, there's no coming back
The thoughts inside my head are all in shades of black
It's a breakdown, a breakdown
A breakdown, a breakdown
A kaleidoscope of thoughts spinning in my brain
Outside the skies are blue in my head it's rain
It's a breakdown, another bloody breakdown.
I try to explain but it makes no sense to you
I feel myself imploding and there's nothing I can do
I'm heading for a breakdown, a breakdown
And the Stones sang about a 19th nervous breakdown
I'm not sure which one I'm on but it feels like more than that
When the darkness hits me, there's no coming back
The thoughts inside my head are all in shades of black
It's a breakdown, a breakdown
A breakdown, a breakdown
I, just want to breakaway, hideaway
Escape, from the world and the pain and fadeaway
into my breakdown
A breakdown
It's all inside my head, like a spiral spinning down
A kaleidoscope of thoughts spinning in my brain
Breakdown, breakdown
I'm on the pathway to nowhere and the darkness that I dread
I scream out loud but no-one hears a sound
Breakdown. Breakdown
And the Stones sang about a 19th nervous breakdown
I'm not sure which one I'm on but it feels like more than that
When the darkness hits me, there's no coming back
The thoughts inside my head are all in shades of black
It's a breakdown, a breakdown
A breakdown, a breakdown
A breakdown
A Breakdown
