About this track

Rob and Jeff were chatting, via Skype, when Jeff suggested Rob should write a track about ADHD and disclosed to Rob that he has this condition himself. Rob suggested that he and Jeff should write this song together as Rob admitted he had no understanding of this condition.

Over the next few days, Jeff sent Rob some thoughts for lyrics, via email. Rob then took these ideas and pulled them together and added further lyrical content and composed a rough idea for the song. The first drafts were sent over to Jeff who added his thoughts and ideas and with several further discussions via Skype, a few minor edits and tweaks, the song took on its final structure.

A thousand ideas are buzzing through his head
getting them started, ain't what he dreads
it's keeping them focused, through to the end
that's what he can't control

It's all hocus pocus when they give him a task
trying to focus now that what is hard
His head is buzzing and it won't slow down
Everybody figures him to be a clown

His story could have been different,
