About this track

Hi-Low is a track that I wrote about being Bi-Polar, as I have several members within my own family that suffer from this condition.
When writing this track, I drew on the life experiences of these family members and also from my own research, into the subject, to try and capture the euphoria of the high phase of this condition and the reality of the low phase.

He says he's feeling fine and he's flying high
If he stretches out his arm he can touch the sky
He's gonna make his mark.
Gonna rule the world
Nothing can stop him when he feels this way
And you could only wish that you were him today

But, come next week when his dreams they fade
and he hits the ground, in that familiar way
reality bites, consequences to pay
